We pay for the maximum rate of air parcel, based on our experience of sending parcels on average:

Please provide your exact details when placing an order, to avoid mistakes when sending a parcel to you, we will send only the public postal service, you will also track the parcel by track number on the sites of the national postal service (USPS, ROYAL MAIL, etc.), and not commercial or private companies.

Sending a parcel with a veterinary product through the international post – the average is 10-14 days (on the delivery time may affect different factors – long processing at the customs terminal, long national holidays, the remoteness of your address, etc.).
