Description
10ml x 5 = 50 ml
Transparent liquid with a light yellow tint.
Composition:
1 ml of the preparation contains
the active ingredient:
ipidacrine ( amiridine ) – 10 mg;
Pharmacological properties:
Stimulates neuromuscular transmission of impulses and carries out excitations on nerves and smooth muscles, due to the impact on the potassium channels of the excited membrane and the suppression of cholinesterase activity, prevents hydrolytic decomposition of acetylcholine.It acts like prominence, but weaker and less toxic.
It enhances the effect on smooth muscles of acetylcholine, adrenaline, serotonin, histamine and oxytocin.
Increases tone and enhances contractions of the stomach, intestines, uterus, bladder.
Application:
Used in animals to stimulate labor activity, increase the tone and physiological activity of the uterus after childbirth, in detention of the postpartum, endometritis, subinvolution of the uterus;
For the treatment of paresis and paralysis, including those accompanied by infectious diseases (plague of meat-eating and other), caused by injuries or other causes;
To restore muscle tone after myorelaxant operations, to treat hypotension and atony of the digestive channel and bladder in animals;
Colic with chymostasis and coprostasis; in neuritis (after withdrawal of pain syndrome).
Dosage:
Dogs subcutaneously in a dose of 1 ml per 22lb (10 kg) body weight, 1-2 times a day to stimulate delivery, the injection is repeated 2-3 times at an hourly interval;
Cats 0.1-0.2 ml per 22lb (1 kg) body weight 1-2 times a day to stimulate labor, the injection is repeated 2-3 times with an hourly interval;
In gynecological diseases (delayed postpartum, endometritis and uterine subinvolution), the drug is injected at 12-hour intervals between injections;
For the treatment of severe disorders of neuromuscular transmission (paresis and paralysis), the drug is injected 2 times a day.
The preparation is administered to animals intramuscularly or subcutaneously in a dose of 0.2 ml per 22lb (10 kg) body weight twice at an interval of 2 hours in case of intestinal diseases, in case of severe disorders of the digestive canal a single dose may be increased to 0.4 ml per 22lb (10 kg) body weight.
The drug is injected to other animals intramuscularly or subcutaneously in a dose of 0.2-0.3 ml per 10 kg of body weight to stimulate delivery, the injection is repeated 2-3 times with an hourly interval in doses of 0.2-0.3 ml per 10 kg of body weight with an interval of 12 hours between injections for recovery with postpartum delay; in case of endometritis, uterine subinvolution, ovarian cyst, the preparation is administered once a day for 5-7 days, with more effective use of the preparation in combination with antibacterial drugs.
Contraindications :
The last trimester of female pregnancy, epileptic seizures, diarrhea, vomiting, exacerbation of urolithiasis, circulatory disease, acute course of infectious diseases.
Cautions:
The preparation is not compatible with iodine preparations, salts of heavy metals, alkalis, oxidizing agents and salts of sulfonamide preparations.
Overdose can lead to hypersalivation, bradycardia.
In such cases, the dose is reduced or the drug is cancelled. Hypersalivation and bradycardia reduce cholinolytics (atropine and others).
Storage:
Dry, dark, inaccessible for children at temperatures between 40-77F (5°C and 25°C).
Shelf life – 2 years.
After the puncture, store at temperatures between 40-50F (4 ° C to 10 ° C) for no more than 3 days.
