Composition:
1 syringe tube (4.5 grams) contains active ingredients :
Cloxacillin benzatin salt – 600mg;
Ampicillin trihydrate – 300mg.
Pharmacological properties:
Amoclox DC is a combined antimicrobial agent containing benzatin salt and trihydrate, which are active against most strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The mechanism of action of antibiotics consists in violation of the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, which causes osmotic imbalance in the bacteria and their death.
Application:
Treatment of mastitis in cows in dry period and for prevention of possible infections during dry period.
Dosage:
After the last donation, the contents of one syringe tube are injected into every quarter of the breast, which is previously donated and disinfected. After administration, a quarter of the breast is massaged to ensure that it is evenly distributed throughout the tank.
Contraindications:
Do not use lactating cows. Do not use cows that have a short dry period. Do not use later than 49 days before calving. Do not use animals sensitive to penicillin preparations.
Cautions:
Milk for consumption by people can be used 96 hours after calving. If the calving has taken place 49 days after the last treatment, the milk can be used for human consumption 49 days + 96 hours after the last administration of the drug. It is prohibited to slaughter animals for meat during treatment. People are allowed to eat meat 28 days after the last administration of the drug.
