Composition:
100 gram of the preparation contain
active ingredients:
Fenbendazole – 3 gram;
Piperazine adipate -25 gram
Pharmacological properties :
Fenbendazole (5-phenylthio-2-benzimidazole carbamate) has a wide range of nematodicidal, cestodocidal action, is active against adult forms and larvae of nematodes of the gastrointestinal tract and lungs and certain types of trematodes and cestodes. The mechanism of the drug’s action is the destruction of the microtubules in the intestinal cells of helminths and the disruption of energy processes, which leads to the death of parasites.
Piperazine adipate is active against various types of nematodes, especially roundworm. It acts on both sexually mature and immature helminths of both sexes, causing paralysis of the nematode muscles, which are then removed by peristaltic movements of the intestine. Due to the fact that piperazine adipate does not affect the shell of ascaris, there is no danger of absorption of toxic products of their decay.
The combination of fenbendazole and piperazine adipate due to their synergism enhances the effect of the drug against nematodes.
Application:
For deworming of animals and birds:
horses with imaginal nematodoses of the digestive tract caused by Parascaris equorum, Oxyuris equi, Strongyloides westeri, Strongylidae, Trichonematidae.
pigs in case of gastrointestinal nematodoses (sexually mature nematodes and fourth-stage larvae) caused by Ascaris suim, Oesophagostomum dentatum, Strongyloides ransomi (mature), Trichuris suis, Hyostrongylus rubidus, Ollulanus suis, Physoatphall; pulmonary helminthiases – Metastrongylus spp.
carnivores (dogs, foxes, arctic foxes) with nematodoses of the gastrointestinal tract caused by Ancylostoma caninum, Strongyloides stercoralis, Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala.
rabbits with nematodoses, which are localized in the large intestine and caused by Passalurus ambiguus, Trichocephalus leporis, Trichostrongylus spp.
birds (chickens, turkeys, pheasants, quail, pigeons) with nematodoses of the gastrointestinal tract caused by Ascaridia galli, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria anseris; with nematodes, which are localized in the trachea and bronchi and caused by Syngamus trachea.
waterfowl (geese, ducks) with damage to Amidostomum anseris, Tetrameres fissispina, Streptocara crassicauda, Hystrichis tricolor, Echinuria uncinata, Ganguleterakis dispar, Hymenolepis gracilis.

The drug is prescribed during morning feeding.
Contraindications:
Do not use in animals at the same time as trematodocid preparations, and also within 7 days after treatment of animals with bromsalanam.
Do not administer to sows two weeks before farrowing.
Do not use in animals with chronic liver and kidney diseases, as well as with reduced motility of the gastrointestinal tract.
The drug is incompatible with alkalis, oxidizing agents, drugs containing iodine.
Caution:
Slaughter of animals and poultry for meat is permitted no earlier than 7 days after the last use of the drug. The meat obtained before the indicated deadline is fed to unproductive animals or disposed of, depending on the opinion of the veterinarian doctor.
Storage:
Dry, dark, inaccessible to children at a temperature of 41-85F (5 ° to 20 ° C).
Do not store together with food, drinks and animal feed.
Shelf life – 3 years from the date of manufacture.
