Composition :

100 ml of the preparation contains the active ingredient:

Bigliuconate chlorhexidine 20% 0.35 g.

Pharmacological properties

Chlorhexidine bigluconate is an antiseptic, a derivative of the biguanides. The mechanism of its bactericidal action is associated with the violation of ribosomal RNA and the ability to change the properties of the cell membrane of microorganisms. Bigluconate chlorhexidine is effective against methicillin-sensitive staphylococci (MSSA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus valivarius (MRSA). The preparation is highly active against Gram-positive cocci: Streptococcus viridans (Aerococcus viridans), Streptococcus haemolitycus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus serotypes and ribotypes, Enterococcus species. Among gram-negative bacteria, the most sensitive to Bigliuconate chlorhexidine are: Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Gardnerella vaginalis and Acinetobacter.

Application

Outwardly to cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, dogs, cats for the treatment of infectious diseases, complications after surgery, skin lesions: purulent wounds, cracks, infected burns, bacterial and fungal skin diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to chlorhexidine diglyuconate.

Dosage:

Outwardly. 5-10 ml of the solution is applied to the affected skin surface or mucous membranes of urogenital organs for 1-3 minutes. 2-3 times a day (on a tampon or by irrigation).

Contraindications :

Do not use with dermatitis, as well as with hypersensitivity to the drug.
Do not use simultaneously with other antiseptic solutions.

Cautions:

In case of contact with the mucous membrane of the eye, it is necessary to rinse it with water quickly and thoroughly.

Storage

Dry, dark place at temperature from 33-77F (1 °С to 25 °С).
