Description
CONDITIONS:
1 ml of the preparation contains active substances:
butaphosphane – 100 mg;
cyanocobalamin – 0.05 mg;
nicotinamide – 5 mg;
L-carnitine hydrochloride – 21 mg.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES:
A complex preparation, the effect of which is due to the properties of the active substances: butaphosphane, vitamins of group B (vitamin B12, vitamin B3 (PP)) and vitamin-like substance of group B (L-carnitine).
The preparation has tonic properties, normalizes metabolic and regenerative processes, provides a stimulating effect on protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, increases the body’s resistance to adverse environmental factors, infections and toxins, promotes the growth and development of animals, including poultry.
Butaphosphane – is an organic compound of phosphorus, which affects a number of assimilation processes in animals, stimulates the synthesis of proteins, accelerates the growth and development of animals, normalizes liver function, increases the non-specific resistance of the body, promotes the formation of bone tissue.
In stressful situations, butaphosphane normalizes the level of the stress hormone – hydrocortisone, which improves the utilization of glucose in the blood and helps conserve energy resources. Butaphosphane does not accumulate in the body and does not cause side effects typical of stimulants and inorganic phosphorus.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – as a metabolite, activates the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids, promotes the synthesis of labile groups in the formation of choline, methionine, nucleic acids, creatine, the accumulation in red blood cells of compounds with sulfhydrilic groups. As a growth factor, stimulates the function of the bone marrow, which is necessary for normoblastic erythropoiesis.
Cyanocobalamin normalizes the functioning of the liver and nervous system, activates the blood coagulation system, in high doses causes an increase in thromboplastic and prothrombin activity. Vitamin B12 is essential for the formation of red blood cells in the bone marrow. It binds to proteins by 90% in the body. It is excreted in the kidneys and bile. It penetrates the placental barrier.
Nicotinamide (vitamin B3 (PP)). – stimulates the production of nicotinamid-adenin-dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) and nicotinamid-adenin-dinucleotide (NADP), which regulate the flow of most redox reactions, ensuring the normalization of many types of metabolism (including energy).
It takes part in the metabolism of fats, proteins, amino acids, purines, tissue respiration, glycogenolysis.
Nicotinamide promotes resistance to infectious diseases, has detoxifying properties, quickly distributed in the tissues and passes through the placental barrier.
In the liver it is metabolized to form N-methylnicotinamide, methylpyridon carboxamides, glucuronide and complex with glycine. It is excreted through kidneys with urine.
L-carnitine – a substance of natural origin, similar to vitamins of group B (so-called vitamin B11), is a product of the biosynthesis of lysine and methionine, the body performs a number of important functions, including: detoxification, stimulation of metabolic processes, strengthening blood vessels, stimulation of tissue regeneration.
Its use leads to increased endurance of the body, improved heart function, increased muscle mass by accelerating metabolic processes in cells, improved penetration of vitamins and minerals into cells and excretion of decay products, reducing the risk of liver fat dystrophy.
APPLICATION:
The drug is used for camels, cattle, calves, pigs, piglets, sheep, lambs, goats, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, fur animals and poultry (laying hens, young laying hens, broilers) with metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiency, as a stimulant and tonic to increase the body’s resistance to intoxication, diseases of different etiologies, for improvement of growth and development, in complex therapy at insufficiency of calcium and magnesium in organism, at delivery, postnatal complications (postnatal paresis), during rehabilitation and recovery, after operations, stresses, for normalization of hematopoiesis and liver functioning, at considerable physical activity.
DOSE:
Apply to animals intramuscularly, subcutaneously or intravenously (slowly) once a day for 4-5 days in doses:
Type and category of animals | The dose of the drug, based on the animal, ml |
camels, cattle | 10-25 |
calves | 5-12 |
pigs | 2,5-10 |
piglets | 1-2,5 |
sheep goats | 2,5-8 |
lambs, kids | 1.5-2.5 |
dogs, cats, rabbits and fur animals | 0.5-2.5 |
The drug is poultered to the bird with water for 4-5 days in doses:
Type and category of animals | Dose, ml per 1 liter of drinking water |
laying hens, broilers | 2.0-3.0 |
young laying hens | 1.0-1.5 |
In critical cases and in very weakened animals, the drug is used in half dose.
If necessary, conduct a second course of treatment in the same doses after 8-15 days.
STORAGE:
In a dark, inaccessible place for children at temperatures between 40-77F (5°C and 25°C).
Shelf life – 2 years.
After the first selection from the bottle – 28 days if stored in a dark place at a temperature of 40-77F (5 ° C to 25 ° C).
