Oxytetracycline hydrochloride – 250 mg.
Pharmacological properties:
Oxytetracycline is a tetracycline group antibiotic produced by Streptomyces rimosus. It has a wide range of antibacterial action, is active against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, including Escherichia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptomyces rimosus, Rickettsia and some types of mycoplasma; it does not affect the blue stick, proteins, most fungi and small viruses.
The mechanism of antibacterial action of oxytetracycline is based on suppression of protein synthesis of microbial cell (blockage of ribosomal function) and blockage of RNA synthesis.
Dosage:
The preparation is applied to calves, dogs, cats and pigs individually or as a group method with food in a dose of 1 tablet per 22lb (10 kg) body weight twice a day for 3-7 days;
Chickens, turkeys, ducks individually or as a group with food 20mg / 110lb (50kg) twice a day for 3-7 days.
When using the drug by group method, the tablets should be thoroughly crushed and mixed with feed.
Contraindications:
Do not use animals with hypersensitivity to drugs tetracycline series. Do not use in animals with impaired liver and kidney function. Do not use ruminants in animals with functionally developed pancreas. Do not use simultaneously with cephalosporins, penicillins, tilozine, erythromycin and sulfonamides.
Cautions:
It is allowed to slaughter animals and poultry for meat 10 days after the last application of the preparation. Meat obtained before the specified period is disposed of or fed to non-productive animals, depending on the conclusion of the veterinary medicine doctor.

Dry, dark, inaccessible for children at temperatures between 40-77F (5 to 25 ° C).
